Lakshmikanth Reddy is a seasoned entrepreneur with a distinguished career spanning multiple industries, including infrastructure, mining, home automation, and real estate. From 2008 to 2021, he held pivotal roles at Sushee Infra & Mining Ltd., first as Executive Director and later as Managing Director. Under his leadership, the company achieved significant growth, reaching a turnover of ₹1,334 Crores in FY 2016-2017. As Managing Director, Reddy was responsible for overall operations, corporate decision-making, and overseeing key departments such as Finance, HR, and Project Management. His leadership ensured the company’s profitability and shareholder value, while he successfully managed a global workforce of over 1,500 employees and spearheaded the formulation of the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
Beyond his tenure at Sushee Infra, Reddy is a Partner at Linkwell Technologies LLP, a home automation company, and Founder and CEO of LKR Realty. LKR Realty focuses on construction and land development projects in and around Hyderabad and Telangana. Through his ventures, Reddy continues to drive innovation and success in both the technology and real estate sectors.
