Lakshmikanth Reddy (LKR) is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience across infrastructure, mining, and real estate sectors. With a career spanning over a decade, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic vision, and operational excellence. From 2008 to 2021, LKR held key leadership positions at Sushee Infra & Mining Ltd., serving as Executive Director and later as Managing Director. During his tenure, the company witnessed remarkable growth, achieving a turnover of ₹1,334 crores in FY 2016–17. He played a crucial role in driving overall business operations, leading corporate decision-making, and managing core functions including Finance, Human Resources, and Project Management. Under his guidance, the organization strengthened profitability, enhanced shareholder value, and successfully managed a diverse workforce of over 1,500 employees. He also led the development and execution of strategic Annual Business Plans (ABP). Currently, LKR is the Founder and CEO of LKR Realty, a venture focused on construction and land development projects across Hyderabad and Telangana. Through this platform, he continues to contribute to urban growth and infrastructure development with a commitment to quality and innovation.
